Follow the yellow brick road and meet old and new characters from the Library of Oz on Take Your Child to the Library Day! On Saturday, February 3rd, from 12-4, all ages are welcome to journey through the land of Oz at Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library. Dress up like your favorite Wizard of Oz character and enter the costume contest to win a prize! Activities include a library-wide scavenger hunt, costume contest, musical instrument station, Story dice, Perler beads crafting, face painting, cookbook swap, and multiple photo opportunities with characters and Land of Oz settings.
