INFORMATION SERVICES SPECIALIST
Are you passionate about helping people access information, navigate technology, and engage with library resources? We’re seeking a dynamic Information Services Specialist to join our dedicated team at the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library.
Under general supervision, this position assists library patrons with researching or locating routine to difficult reference information and responds to inquiries; develops and delivers library programs; assists patrons with technology needs and using the public computer lab, online library catalog, electronic resources, and equipment; fully maintains ILL operations; general operations.
The role of the Information Services Specialist involves a commitment of 24 hours per week, with a requirement for availability during evenings and weekends at a rate of $14 per hour. A full job description with required qualifications can be found here: https://bit.ly/49C0J26
