Join the Alpena County Library as we host Jim Johnson, board member of Besser Museum, to share the history of the 1923 flood that caused great damage throughout NE Michigan and especially the City of Alpena. Partnering with the Besser Museum for Northeast Michigan we will have a number of photographs available for viewing before and after the presentation in the Judith Stillion Conference Room from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
