Teens and tweens ages 9-17 are invited to a Bad Art Night to create the most ridiculous and ugliest “art” they can imagine at the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library. Supplies and tools will be provided. The worst of the worst will be awarded a “Bad Art Prize.”
