RESCHULED FOR DECEMBER 12TH AT 5:30

Join the Alpena County Library to learn the basics of Sourdough bread, how to create a sourdough starter, and ask questions. The 20 who register will get a starter kit containing a mason jar, flour, water, and a whisk. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee there will be any starter kits to give away. Everyone will receive the notes and the starter recipe to take home.

Kids can attend with their guardians, but please do not register them for the starter kits. (One kit per household.)
This event is not recommended for those with a gluten allergy.
Each form only registers one person.
